I now work in IT systems administration: security and so forth. It goes without saying I wouldn’t have this job—or likely many others, had I been caught for something stupid I did back then.

You don’t think of it as a crime because everyone’s doing it.

Everything that I have in life, it’s been since then. What if that were taken away from me? What if I never had it?

I made a list because I couldn’t remember everything. Mostly it’s shoplifting and drug crimes.
